The Digital Divide in Philadelphia

The Real News Network reports that in Philadelphia the city is struggling with major issues surround it’s digital divide, with 25% of the city’s population living in poverty–unable to afford the cost of current technology.  This comes after it abandoned it’s once ambitious city-wide WiFi plan.  Although now, the city is seeking new ways to solve this problem.
